DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

DELIVERY RATES

Delivery charges will appear on your screen when making an Order, at Checkout.

 

To see if an item endures additional delivery charges, please read the product description of the item, which will indicate if additional delivery cost is required. We do not overcharge for shipping and there are no handling fees. All expedited orders and freighted items, such as large chairs and sofas, will be quoted shipping before the transaction is finalised.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

 

Every order made on blondyblack.com will be given an individual tracking code. Find this on your confirmation email. For further enquiries, Contact Us.

 

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

 

Please allow at least 3-5 working days for Standard Delivery, unless stated otherwise on the Product Description page. Please note that all delivery times are estimates.

 

If you need something shipped faster than that, then there is the possibility of faster shipping times (depending on the product). Simply select Express Delivery at checkout, if it is available for the specific item. See Express Delivery rates in the Delivery Rates section. To discuss specific details Contact Us.

 

 

 

DELIVERY OF GOODS

 

Delivery is to the delivery address (as stated during the order), also known as "delivery to the kerb". Carrying of items to the final location within a building and/or disposal of packing is not included.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by you the customer in the order form.

Delivery shall be deemed to have been made when the delivery note given by the courier is signed by the receiver upon delivery. This will constitute as evidence with regard to transport and delivery.

 

 

 

RECEIPT OF GOODS

 

Please check all goods carefully upon receipt and report any defects or damage to the responsible carrier.

You the customer should check the condition, the content and the conformity of the product(s) upon receipt of the delivery. Blondyblack advises the customer to check the condition of the products upon delivery and before signing the acknowledgement of receipt of the parcel. Once signed Blondyblack shall never be held liable for any reason whatsoever. 

 

Please also send us a copy of the report.

 

 

COLLECTION OF THE GOODS IN THE EVENT OF THE CUSTOMER'S ABSENCE

 

In the event of your absence at the time of the delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice at the delivery address given by you, the customer, when you made the order. The products shall be collected at the address indicated by the carrier and according to the carrier's instructions.

If after the period indicated by the carrier, you have not collected the products, the products will be returned to Blondyblack which reserves its right to refund to the customer the price of the products. The postage costs remaining are payable by you.

 

 

 

BACK-ORDERED PRODUCTS

 

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution centre, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favourite colour, etc, and then we will deliver it to you when supplies are replenished.

 

If your order contains a mix of in stock items and backordered items and you select express delivery, we will only be able to apply the expedited shipping to the in stock items. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive.

 

 

MISSING, INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED GOODS

 

If your order has not arrived, or arrives incomplete, please send an e-mail to blondyblack@outlook.com

 

If your order arrives and the Products are damaged or faulty, please send a picture showing the damage to blondyblack@outlook.com.

If you need to return items to us because they are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will refund any postal charges you incur. Please note that this refund will be in Euros, and may therefore not equate exactly to the amount paid, owing to fluctuating exchange rates. Foreign debit or credit card, or bank transaction charges made by your bank will not be reimbursed.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

At Blondyblack Store we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

 

Returns are accepted within 14 working days of receipt of your order for refund or exchange only. Please inform us as soon as possible, quoting your order number as reference. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with the original manufacturer's packaging. All products are under your responsibility until the returned order has arrived to its return destination. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount.

 

Delivery costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 working days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

 

To make a return for a refund or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorisation number. Please Email Us and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message.

 

We will reply to you with your personal Return Merchandise Authorisation number, which you will need to include in the address field of your package. This Return Merchandise Authorisation number is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorisation number.

 

Upon receipt of the returned item, Blondyblack Store will contact you by email to confirm your refund or exchange. Please reference your Return Merchandise Authorisation number whenever you email us to check on the status of your return. Any refund will automatically be issued to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase.

 

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Blondyblack Store reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not in original condition or deduct an appropriate value from the refund.

 

All custom or specially commissioned orders, reduced-price goods or opened items or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.

 

 

 

 

 

CONDITION OF RETURNS

 

It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. Please return products in their original packaging, and pack them well to prevent any damage to the product(s). We are not responsible for any items are returned to us in error. All products will be inspected on return.

We will refund the item via the original method of payment during your order. If you made your purchase with a Blondyblack Gift Voucher, then we will offer you a refund with store credit only.

 

 

 

PRODUCTS WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE

 

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on any of the following products:

- customised or made-to-measure products
- perishable goods (such as flowers, food and beverages)
- magazine and daily or periodical press, sound or video recordings

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

ORDERS TO OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

 

 

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE E.U.

 

Payment is to be made in Euros. International debit or credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge, which the cardholder will be liable to pay.

All Product prices shown on Blondyblack Store Website are inclusive of tax for countries of the EU, and exclusive of tax for the other countries. Prices are subject to change without notice. These prices do not include the shipping costs.

 

 

 

CUSTOMS

 

Products delivered to destinations outside the EU or to the Canary Islands and Gibraltar may be subject to extra fees. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges that may be levied outside the EU.

 

The recipient of the goods, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. If you are ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they are aware that they will be responsible for these additional charges.

 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable to your local customs office for current charges prior to ordering.

 

You (or the recipient of the Products if different) will be the Importer for all international deliveries of the Products. Therefore, before placing an order, it's your responsibility to check that any Products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

 

We are sorry that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it.

If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please Email Us. Please quote your order number and order date.

 

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns Procedure in the event of any unwanted and unused products.

 

There are some products that we cannot cancel, refund, or exchange, including:

- customised or made-to-measure products
- perishable goods (such as flowers, food and beverages)
- magazine and daily or periodical press, sound or video recordings

 

 

DAMAGED GOODS

 

If your order arrives and the Products are damaged or faulty, please complete the Returns Form as enclosed with your order and notify us by sending an Email.

If you need to return items to us because they are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will refund any postal charges you incur. Please note that this refund will be in Euros, and may therefore not equate exactly to the amount paid, owing to fluctuating exchange rates.
