BlondyBlack is more than just a clothing brand — it’s a movement, a mindset, a reminder that good vibes can change everything. Born from a simple idea and just 5€, it’s all about creativity, resilience, and believing you can turn nothing into something.

The nameBlondyBlackcomes from the fact that I used to be called "Blondy" because I had super blonde hair. The "Black" part came from my habit of painting everything black. I didn’t like it when things had logos or brand names on them, so I decided to create my own kind of branding — by simply making everything black. Surfboards? Bought new and painted black right away. Notebooks? Black. Just everything. And that’s how the name BlondyBlack was born.

BlondyBlack started with just 5 euros because back then, I was living in Ahrensburg during my apprenticeship. My apprentice salary was barely enough to cover rent and food, but I always tried to save a few euros — usually 5 to 10 euros. With that money, I bought a simple T-shirt for 5 euros, painted it, and sold it for 10 euros. With the profit, I bought another T-shirt, designed it, and sold it again.

This cycle continued until I eventually had enough money to buy an old computer for 20 euros. It wasn’t exactly top-notch, but it was enough for me to start building my own website. My friend Marc helped me with that — he had a better computer, and we worked together using TeamViewer. I connected to his computer from my slow one, and we coordinated everything over phone calls and WhatsApp video chats.
